The terms that govern your use of the Syro Global Limited platform, wholesale trade accounts, and products supplied.
By accessing the Syro Global Limited website, opening a trade account, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not use our services.
These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you (the customer) and Syro Global Limited, a company registered in England and Wales with its registered office in Birmingham, United Kingdom.
If you are entering these Terms on behalf of a business, you warrant that you have authority to bind that business to these Terms.
Trade accounts are issued at our sole discretion to verified businesses operating within the United Kingdom. Account opening is free and carries no annual fee.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.
All prices displayed on the platform are quoted in Pounds Sterling (GBP) and are exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated. Prices may change without notice; the price applicable to your order is the one displayed at the time of order confirmation.
An order is not accepted until we issue a written confirmation by email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraud.
There is no minimum order value for trade account customers. Carriage charges may apply to smaller orders and will be clearly indicated before checkout.
We deliver to mainland UK addresses. Next-day delivery is offered subject to order cut-off times and courier availability. Same-day delivery is available within Greater Birmingham on request.
We are not liable for delays caused by factors outside our reasonable control, including courier disruption, customs inspections, or force majeure events.
Every product we supply is sourced directly, lab-tested where applicable, and traceable to its origin. Our quality program operates to SALSA standards and complies with all applicable UK Food Standards Agency regulations.
If goods are found to be defective, contaminated, or materially different from specification, notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange collection and either replace the goods at no charge or issue a full refund. See our Refund Policy for full details.
Standard payment terms are 30 days net from invoice date. Flexible credit terms may be offered to established trade partners on application.
All content on the Syro Global website — including text, imagery, logos, brand marks, and design — is the intellectual property of Syro Global Limited or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
Third-party brand logos displayed on our platform (Tata, MDH, Shan, Pran, etc.) remain the property of their respective owners and are used only to denote products we supply.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Syro Global Limited's total liability arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the goods giving rise to the claim.
We exclude all liability for indirect, consequential, or special losses including loss of profit, loss of business, or loss of goodwill. Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
We may suspend or close your trade account immediately, without notice, in the event of material breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or insolvency. You may close your account at any time by emailing info@syroglobal.co.site.
Termination does not affect any rights or liabilities that accrued prior to the termination date.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
